Kathmandu- Opposition parties have disrupted a session of the House of Representatives, protesting the absence of Prime Minister Balen Shah (Balen).
Although the Prime Minister was scheduled to respond to the government’s policy and program presented in Parliament, he was not present in the House, prompting opposition lawmakers to obstruct the proceedings.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle is expected to respond to the questions raised by lawmakers.
According to the scheduled agenda, Prime Minister Shah was initially supposed to address the House, but it was later reported that the responsibility of responding was handed over to Finance Minister Wagle at the last moment.
