    NEPSE Declines Slightly, Daily Turnover Exceeds Rs 2.80 Billion

    The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index witnessed a slight decline on Wednesday.

    According to NEPSE, the benchmark index dropped by 4.15 points to close at 2,740.25 points. Similarly, the sensitive index, which measures the performance of large companies, declined by 0.70 points to settle at 467.55 points.

    A total of 5.643 million shares of 339 companies were traded during the day, with total transactions amounting to Rs 2.80 billion.

    Based on transaction value, SY Panel Nepal, Ridi Power Company, Sahas Urja, Solu Hydropower, and Reliance Spinning Mills were among the top traded companies of the day.
